Welcome to 1st4Training - WorldHost™ Programme
During 2011 we have been working hard to increase the services we offer our customers that will enhance their customer service, quality of customer care and opportunities for long term improvement. So it is with extreme excitement that we are proud to have achieved one of our key aims for 2011 - Edexcel Centre Approval allowing the company to provide BTEC Qualifications to our customers. This allows 1st4Training to accredit the BTEC Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service directly, providing a recognised qualification for individuals and enhancing the customers quality standards and commitments such as Investor's in People and ISO's.
We are one of only a handful of companies delivering the 4 modules of the WorldHost™ programme in preparation for the 2012 Olympics & Paralympics in London. During 2011 1st4Training has delivered the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service to private businesses in the hospitality sector across the UK and to skills sector partners in Wales. Working Links supports the WorldHost™ Programme recognising the skills and knowledge that is delivered during the WorldHost programme creates opportunities for their clients to develop communication skills used during the interview process. 1st4Training deliver customer service workshops that are designed to address your specific business and staff needs, all businesses are unique and we treat you as such. We work with our customers to deliver focused training and staff development.
