2012 continues to be a busy year with a number of new contracts being secured for the delivery of high quality training and specialist event management at the Royal Welsh Show and National Eisteddfod here in Wales. We have been successful in registering and having a number of delegates complete their first ever educational qualification in their chosen subject area of Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism. Being an Edexcel Centre allows 1st4Training to accredit the BTEC Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service directly for our customers, providing their staff with a recognised qualification that enhances the customer quality experience, staff personal development and business commitments to programmes such as Investor's in People and ISO's.
